I don’t recall ever receiving this level of service before.  For high ‘ticket’ items one could argue that it should be expected.  Expected maybe - but very rare.

Hi Ivor

Many thanks for the great systems you have provided over the last 30 years. I have just purchased my second LP12 from a new dealer: Chris Fuller at Hidden Systems. Can I say what a terrific ambassador he is for Linn. He really knows his stuff and goes the bit extra each time.

I have a slight conflict in that I may start working for him in a support Saturday morning basis but that aside, having suffered from shabby dealers in this area, he is the best since I started with the Audiophile in Hertfordshire who I also rated as a quality dealer.
